A MIDI Effect Device for Ableton Live.
Automatically generates control changes after receiving note messages.
Aimed to change the modulation wheel (cc#1) automatically for plugins or external instruments that don't have vibrato with delay, unlike Live's built-in instruments.
And it is also used for other CC#.
(the relation of parameters and timing/values of each control change)
Notice:
- Does not support to send 14bit values with MSB/LSB
- Does not support to handle MPE messages (yet)
- CC# and Message Interval cannot be controlled on Push (yet)
